Along the river pods of Hippo wallow during the day, emerging from their watery retreats at night to graze the riverbanks. Crocodiles lurk by the river’s edge, waiting for that split-second opportunity for a meal.

In the relatively small area around Victoria Falls, you'll be able to view a great diversity of birds within rain forest, riverine, gorge and savannah habitats. Access to these habitats is simple as road networks in Zambezi National Park and Mosi-oa-Tunya are good and boating allows easy access to the riverine fringes.

The Park has lion, leopard, buffalo and a whole host of antelope like sable, puku, kudu, eland, roan and many others which you can get to see. The river is filled with big pods of hippos and some of the biggest crocodiles in Africa.

Your visit to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe is incomplete without the pleasure and thrill of taking part in our fishing safaris. Experienced Captains/Guides will take you on a cruise along the (upper) Mighty ZAMBEZI river to the best fishing spots where you can try skill or luck at landing the mighty tiger fish and any of the many different fish species that inhabit these waters.

The Stanley and Livingstone Private Game Reserve is situated a convenient 10 minute drive fro Victoria Falls Town. The reserve is home to the Big Five. Guided by knowledgeable rangers you will go in search of the Big Five and experience the sights, sounds and smells of Africa. The morning game drive concludes with a bush breakfast. The afternoon game drive is never complete without a stop with some snacks and drinks as you watch the sun set behind the Africa bush.
